Nirmaan Group Journey
Founded in 2009, we began our journey by providing customized construction solutions to clients in the Oil & Gas industry in Gujarat. Over the years, we have evolved from a specialized construction firm to a diversified player, undertaking a wide range of challenging, tailor-made projects across various sectors.
In 2011, we expanded our operations into Maharashtra and North India, and by 2015, our reputation for excellence and timely project delivery enabled us to extend our reach to Karnataka and other regions across India. With a strong educational background that includes a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and a management degree in Real Estate, Mr. Mandlik has developed a deep expertise in these industries, which has played a critical role in shaping Nirmaan Projects into a leading player in its field.
Prior to founding Nirmaan Projects, Mr. Mandlik gained valuable experience working with prestigious organizations such as Reliance Industries Limited, Essar Oil Limited, Sinclair Knight Merz, and Jacobs, where he developed a well-rounded skill set in infrastructure development, project management, and business strategy.
In addition to his leadership role at Nirmaan Projects, Mr. Mandlik is also the Proprietor of The Zero Group, an Real estate and iimport-export firm. His entrepreneurial spirit and leadership across these ventures demonstrate his versatility and broad business acumen.
